A History of 50 Years in the Making
Wallin Builders was founded in 1977 by Freddie Wallin, who poured his heart into every project. Freddie specialized in mountainside building, in the Wolf Laurel area beautifully nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. In 1998, Freddie’s wife Jane Wallin launched Mountain Laurel Realty and helped grow the business with her strong community ties. Together they built more than just homes, they built lasting relationships. What started as a small operation has become a name families can trust.

Jared Wallin grew up on job sites, always curious and ready to learn. He’s had a passion for building since he was a child. He loves being outdoors, and spending time with his family. Today he continues leading the family business with his own style and a steady hand. He’s proud to continue building the kind of quality homes people love to live in.
